📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Head of Bar in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and training to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure optimal stock management.
• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in the bar area.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Support the Head of Bar in special events and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining the bar area for events and functions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the bar.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing bar operations and staff.
• Strong knowledge of beverage programs and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or Toast.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Certification in beverage service or hospitality management is a plus.
