📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control to minimize losses and maximize sales.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Store Manager and other relevant stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Proven track record of driving sales performance and improving store operations.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
