📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Assist in the creation of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the planning and execution of team-building activities.,Support the Training Officer in managing the training budget and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning.,Ability to travel for training purposes as required.
