📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects, focusing on lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Conduct process audits and identify areas for improvement in manufacturing and logistics operations.
• Develop and implement improvement plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Train and mentor employees on lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze process performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the progress of continuous improvement projects, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or a similar role.
• Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
• Proven experience in process improvement projects, with a track record of successful implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools and software, such as Minitab and Kaizen methodologies.
