📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of poultry farming activities, including flock health monitoring, feed management, and environmental control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of farming equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with farmers and staff to address any issues or concerns that arise during operations.
• Implement and monitor strategies for improving productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Provide training and support to farmers and staff as needed.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of farming activities and any issues that require attention.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the growth of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in livestock farming, preferably in poultry management.
• Strong knowledge of poultry farming practices, including flock health, feed management, and environmental control.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as those related to animal welfare and food safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations as needed.
