📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the company's financial resources to ensure profitability and growth.,Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to achieve the company's objectives.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.,Oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.,Monitor and control financial risks and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial management.,Proficient in using financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
