📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and training records.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee orientation and training programs.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Contribute to the HR team's efforts in promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Experience in a healthcare or medical environment is a plus.
