Express Village Sejahtera is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Palu. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding fleet operations.,Monitor and maintain vehicle performance and condition, and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.,Manage fuel procurement, budgeting, and reporting for the fleet.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Conduct regular audits and inspections of fleet vehicles to ensure compliance and safety standards.,Provide training and support to fleet staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing and coordinating fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
