📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

  • Oversee and coordinate the quality control processes for our products.

  • Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.

  • Train and mentor junior QC staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    • ,
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).
    • ,
  • Proven track record of improving quality processes and reducing defects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
