📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Administering medications as prescribed by the physician.,Documenting patient care activities accurately and completely.,Ensuring patient safety and compliance with hospital policies and procedures.,Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.,Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant country.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
