📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
  • Advise clients on tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize savings.
  • Conduct tax audits and represent clients in discussions with tax authorities.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to junior staff.
  • Manage and mentor junior tax accountants.
  • Collaborate with other professionals in the firm to provide comprehensive financial services to clients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax filings and reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with a strong background in Indonesian tax laws.
  • Professional certification in tax accounting, such as CPA or CTA, is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tax preparation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
