📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the commis chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Prepare and maintain food presentation standards.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in kitchen safety and hygiene practices.,Assist in special event preparations and executions.,Support in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a commis chef or similar role is a plus.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is a plus.,Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
