📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the research and development process to ensure the creation of high-quality chocolate products.,Lead a team of researchers and developers to achieve company goals and objectives.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new products.,Develop and implement new product formulations and processes.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to integrate R & D findings into production.,Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback.,Lead quality assurance activities to maintain product excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in R & D, preferably in the chocolate industry.,Strong understanding of chocolate production processes and quality standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of successful product development and innovation.,Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
