📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share in the personal care industry.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and building strategic partnerships.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and industry partners.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions for our company.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.,Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the personal care or consumer goods industry.,Strong understanding of the personal care industry, including market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
