📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including kitchen and dining area management.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Restaurant Manager.,Assist in the development and implementation of restaurant policies and procedures.,Promote a clean and organized dining area to enhance customer satisfaction.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and food handling standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
