CV Digital Bumi is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and operated efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe working condition and meet regulatory requirements.,Manage vehicle schedules, including fuel, oil, and tire rotations.,Coordinate with mechanics and vendors for vehicle repairs and servicing.,Monitor vehicle mileage and fuel consumption to optimize costs.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle activities and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support to drivers and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management.,Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repair coordination.,Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
