This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Tasikmalaya and at our campsites.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing camp operations, including staff and volunteers.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests and staff.
  • Developing and implementing camp programs and activities.
  • Managing camp finances and resources.
  • Maintaining camp facilities and equipment.
  • Handling guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Promoting and marketing camp activities.
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in camp management or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Familiarity with outdoor activities and equipment.
