Plus Sun Corporindo is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the store, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. If you are passionate about retail and customer service, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information.,Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Restock shelves and manage inventory levels.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist with the setup and breakdown of the store for events and promotions.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
