📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Designing and delivering training programs that align with the company's goals and values.
  • Assessing the needs of our employees and designing training programs accordingly.
  • Creating and maintaining training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.
  • Conducting training sessions and providing ongoing support to employees.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Providing feedback to employees on their performance and development.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the company.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
