Salon Umar Bakery is looking for a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all HR-related tasks, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the growth of our company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and issues.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training sessions.,Support the HR team in any other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is a plus.
