📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, and manage guest records.
  • Handle mail and packages, and ensure they are delivered to the correct recipients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide information about the company and its services.
  • Monitor and ensure the security of the office premises.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with office software and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and polite demeanor.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
