📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor sales teams to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of the mining industry and related products is a plus.
