In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our sales team in achieving their targets and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales proposals to potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.,Support the sales team in negotiating contracts and closing deals.,Update and maintain the company's CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
