📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
• Manage and confirm reservations using our in-house reservation system
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including handling check-ins and check-outs
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest inquiries or concerns
• Assist with event planning and setup for special occasions
• Monitor and update the guest registry and communication logs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hospitality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office and reservation systems
• Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
