In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of emergency response plans. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular emergency drills and exercises to evaluate and improve response capabilities.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans in collaboration with local authorities and emergency services.
• Organize community education programs to raise awareness about emergency preparedness and safety measures.
• Coordinate with local government agencies and community leaders to ensure effective emergency response.
• Monitor and report on emergency situations to ensure timely and appropriate responses.
• Provide guidance and support to community members during emergencies, including evacuation procedures and safety measures.
• Maintain and update emergency response databases and records.
• Participate in disaster recovery efforts and assist in rebuilding affected areas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Disaster Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency management, public safety, or a related field.
• Certification in Emergency Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in high-stress situations.
• Proficiency in using emergency management software and tools, such as EMPACT or HAZUS.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive emergency vehicles.
