📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the movement of goods between different countries, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and that shipments are delivered on time.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, and develop and implement the best possible solutions.
• Use your expertise in freight forwarding to negotiate with carriers and other third-party providers to secure the best possible rates and services.
• Track and manage the status of shipments, and communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of international trade, and use this knowledge to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that all aspects of the import and export process are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with other professionals and stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in the field.
• Provide training and support to junior members of the team to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import and export operations, with a focus on freight forwarding.
• Proficient in using freight forwarding software such as Tradevine, CargoWise, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
