📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee data and records using Workday and SuccessFactors.
• Process payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with local and global HR teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
• Provide administrative support for HR events and initiatives.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday and SuccessFactors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel to other locations within Indonesia as needed.
