📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality results.
• Conduct regular quality control checks and maintain accurate laboratory records.
• Collaborate with the research and development team to support project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure the safety and proper use of all laboratory equipment and chemicals.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of laboratory practice.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.
• Report on laboratory performance and recommend improvements to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a laboratory setting.
• Certification in laboratory management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of laboratory technicians.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment such as HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments.
• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and other regulatory requirements.
