As an Associate Psychologist / Counsellor at St. Andrew's Nursing Home Taman Jurong, you will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions to residents, addressing their emotional and psychological needs.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify and address mental health concerns.
• Educate residents and their families on mental health topics, promoting awareness and understanding.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies and interventions to support residents' emotional well-being.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Promote a supportive and nurturing environment that fosters emotional well-being and resilience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychological counseling or a related role.
• Certification as a Professional Counsellor or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of mental health principles and evidence-based therapies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
