📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers in Kabupaten Tangerang Rajeg and Legok to collect outstanding loan payments.
• Use Home Credit Collection System (HCCS) to track and manage collections, ensuring timely and accurate records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage timely repayments.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and work with customers to find suitable repayment plans.
• Collaborate with the collections team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and professionalism.
• Provide regular reports to the collections manager on the status of collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a collections role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficient in using Home Credit Collection System (HCCS) or similar collection management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
• Good understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification in collections management or related field is a plus.
