📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff.,Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to improve production processes and standards.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of production staff to identify areas for improvement.,Provide guidance and support to production staff to help them achieve their goals and targets.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with the overall business objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and staff performance.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in production training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Proven experience as a Production Trainer or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production training.,Certifications in production training or related fields are a plus.
