📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for guests, utilizing tools such as the Functional Movement Screen and the McKenzie Method.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each guest's unique needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
• Monitor and document guest progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Educate guests on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Collaborate with the resort's wellness team, including nutritionists, yoga instructors, and massage therapists, to provide a comprehensive holistic wellness experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy through continuing education and professional development.
• Ensure a high standard of hygiene and safety in all physiotherapy treatments and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical physiotherapy setting, with a strong background in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Licensed to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia.
• Certification in advanced techniques such as Dry Needling, Graston Technique, or Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international guests.
• Strong knowledge of ergonomic principles and their application in a resort setting.
