📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage innovation projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and develop strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform innovation strategies and drive competitive advantage.
• Develop and implement innovation roadmaps, setting clear objectives and milestones for project success.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging creativity and risk-taking.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of innovation initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build strategic partnerships and thought leadership.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in innovation leadership or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing innovation projects, with a portfolio of completed initiatives.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Certifications in innovation management, strategic planning, or a related field are a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
