📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process, including supplier identification, evaluation, and selection.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure procurement activities align with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
